We're hiring a Management Accountant for one of the fastest-growing global media businesses in the industry. What you'll be doing:

Full ownership of monthly management accounts and variance analysis across multiple entities
Supporting group budgeting, forecasting and strategic scenario planning
Preparing consolidated reports as the US operation launches
Overseeing revenue recognition, accruals, prepayments and capex reporting
Business partnering across the group to support operational and commercial decisions
Driving improvements in reporting, processes and systems
Acting as a key liaison with external advisors and auditors
Delivering insight on ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects

What we're looking for:

Strong post-qualification experience, ideally in media, tech or high-growth businesses
Proven track record of independently preparing management accounts
Experience with international or multi-entity reporting and consolidations
Confident with Excel and finance systems
A proactive, adaptable mindset - you'll thrive in a fast-moving, high-trust culture
A collaborative communicator who enjoys solving problems as part of a team
