Job summary

The Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Swindon is seeking a Band 7 Mammography Radiographer to join the Breast Centre. The role is 32.5 hours per week (part-time) with a pro rata salary of £49,387–£56,515 plus a 5% recruitment and retention premium.

You will undertake routine breast imaging for screening and symptomatic services, provide leadership and supervision, and contribute to service development across hospital and mobile units.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Mammography and breast image interpretation preferred.
• HCPC registered Mammographer with NHS experience preferred.
• Experience in screening and symptomatic services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Report mammography films from screening, symptomatic and cancer follow-up programmes.
• Depose for Lead Radiographer/Breast Centre Manager when required.
• Assist with training, CPD and performance development activities.
