Job summary

Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant Radiologist to join a busy Radiology department in Swindon. You will be trained in all aspects of radiology, participate in MDT discussions and develop subspecialty interests to fit Directorate needs.

The role includes teaching and accreditation duties, with opportunities to lead projects and contribute to undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing medical education.

Qualifications

• Fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
• Entry on Specialist Register for Radiology (CCST/CCT) at time of interview or equivalent.
• FRCR(UK) or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in MDT discussions with colleagues.
• Develop subspecialty interests aligned with Directorate needs.
• Teach, examine and contribute to medical education activities for undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Lead project teams and manage resources within budgets.
