Job summary

Incite Insight is seeking an experienced Major Incident Manager on contract to join a high-performing IT operations team near Reading, Berkshire. You will own major incidents from identification through restoration, coordinating technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

The role requires ITIL expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate under pressure, with flexibility for on-call duties and potential extension of the contract.

Qualifications

• Experience managing business-critical IT incidents in a complex operation.
• Comfort coordinating multiple technical teams during high pressure periods.

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact incidents from identification to full restoration.
