Job summary

Compassion UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Manager to build meaningful relationships with major supporters and prospective philanthropists who share our mission to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name. You’ll develop and steward donor relationships and craft tailored engagement plans.

The role is home-based with regular travel across the South of England, and the starting salary is £45,930 per annum.

Qualifications

• Significant major-donor fundraising experience and a track record of building trusted relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a personal commitment to the Christian faith.

• Develop and steward significant donor relationships, creating tailored engagement plans that help supporters connect deeply with our mission and understand the difference their generosity can make.
• Through strategic planning, inspiring communication and excellent relationship management, you’ll help cultivate long-term partnerships that enable Compassion’s ministry to flourish.
