Job summary

Philanthropy Partners is seeking a Philanthropy Manager to help build donor relationships and fundraising infrastructure for growth. The role focuses on major gifts, wealth-holder networks and donor networks, with emphasis on researching interests and preparing compelling materials.

You will support engagements from initial contact through stewardship in a largely remote, UK-based setting with some London in-person meetings.

• Experience in major donor or individual philanthropy fundraising.
• Strong research instincts.
• Clear and concise writing.
• Good judgement and attention to detail.
• Discretion with sensitive information.
• Strong organisation and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of philanthropists, wealth holders and donor networks.
• Prepare donor briefings and materials for engagement, cultivation and stewardship.
• Develop systems to maintain the pipeline and information flow.
