Zusammenfassung

Proactive Global seeks an experienced Maintenance & Services Engineer to maintain reliability and efficiency of production machinery at a fast-paced facility. You will perform planned maintenance, fault-finding and repairs under the Manufacturing Manager and coordinate with production teams for downtime minimisation.

Qualifications include a recognised engineering diploma (Electrical/Mechanical), with IPAF and UK driving licence preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Significant hands-on maintenance experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with fault-finding on electrical and mechanical systems.

Aufgaben

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to minimise downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults on production machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, pumps and pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
• Identify and implement improvements to equipment reliability, performance and productivity.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety procedures, including safe isolation and Lockout/Tagout.
• Work closely with production teams and management to coordinate maintenance schedules and resolve equipment issues.
