Alpine Racing Limited Senior Machinist role leads a team of machinists in the Metallics Production department, supporting the day shift (Tuesday to Friday) and focusing on safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will interpret engineering drawings, manage Mazak equipment, drive continuous improvement, and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced motorsport manufacturing setting.

Company ALPINE RACING LIMITED Job Description Senior Machinist We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Machinist to lead a team of skilled machinists within our Metallics Production department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused manufacturing leader who can combine strong technical expertise with the ability to develop, motivate and inspire a high-performing team. This role will be supporting our Day Shift team, working Tuesday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of machinists.
• Drive team performance through regular feedback, performance reviews and one-to-one meetings.
• Set daily production priorities and ensure delivery against operational targets.
• Manage resources, attendance and absences to maintain production efficiency.
• Ensure components are produced to specification and meet quality standards.
• Resolve production, scheduling and quality issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Develop team capability through training, skills development and succession planning.
• Create and maintain skills matrices to identify critical skills and development opportunities.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and performance.
• Promote a safe, inclusive and highly engaged working environment.
