Job summary

Adecco Portugal is recruiting for a Senior Operations Workshop Team Member in Huntingdon. The role involves producing bespoke metal products, using bandsaws, lathes, milling machines and other workshop equipment to exact specifications.

You will support colleagues, drive improvements and maintain quality and safety standards. The position is day shift, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £36,050 per year plus benefits and progression opportunities.

This is a senior, hands-on position where you will use your workshop and machining expertise to manufacture bespoke Metal products, support colleagues across the team, and help ensure customers receive high-quality products to exact specifications.

The Role

As a Senior Operations Team Member, you will be responsible for producing customer orders using a variety of workshop machinery while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.

You will also play an important role in supporting and developing colleagues, sharing your knowledge and helping to drive continuous improvements across the department.
