Job summary

La Fosse is partnering with a leading consultancy in London to deliver production‑grade ML and GenAI solutions. You’ll join a high‑performing AI team designing, building and deploying models across analytics, computer vision and GenAI applications in a hybrid London setup.

Role focuses on end‑to‑end ML, MLOps, and advising clients on AI strategy, cloud adoption and governance while delivering scalable, responsible AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience building and deploying ML models in production.
• Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with MLOps, CI/CD, testing, version control and software engineering best practices.
• Strong cloud experience across AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents or modern AI application development.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end ML solutions, from data preparation and model development through to deployment and monitoring.
• Develop scalable MLOps frameworks, CI/CD pipelines and ML engineering best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Advise clients on AI strategy, cloud adoption and operating models for ML.
• Support GenAI applications, LLM-powered tools and agentic systems.
• Drive governance, transparency and responsible AI across projects.

The Opportunity

You'll join a high-performing AI team focused on designing, building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning solutions. Projects range from predictive analytics and computer vision through to GenAI applications, AI agents and intelligent assistants.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building end-to-end machine learning solutions, from data preparation and model development through to deployment and monitoring
• Developing scalable MLOps frameworks, CI/CD pipelines and ML engineering best practices
• Working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Advising clients on AI strategy, cloud adoption and machine learning operating models
• Supporting the development of GenAI applications, LLM-powered tools and agentic systems
• Driving best practice around model governance, transparency and responsible AI

What We're Looking For

• Strong commercial experience building and deploying Machine Learning models in production
