83zero Limited is seeking a Head of Machine Learning in Central London. The role is hybrid, with offices in London twice a week. You will lead the Data Science/ML team and drive the adoption of AI across the SaaS platform used by wealth management and FinTech clients globally.

You will guide ML/AI initiatives, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and own the AI/ML strategy. Strong NLP/LLM experience and deep Python/Azure skills are essential for success.

Central London - Twice a week in the office

£120,000-£140,000

I'm currently working with a well-established London FinTech wealth-management SaaS business, who are looking for a Machine Learning expert with strong leadership experience to join their growing team on a hybrid basis. This award-winning business supports global FinTech clients with cloud management, CRM solutions, productivity platforms and the ongoing development and scaling of their technology architecture.

In this newly created role, you will head up the Data Science/Machine Learning team and take ownership of driving the adoption and implementation of AI across the business. This will include integrating AI/ML capabilities into their core SaaS products, which are used by a range of wealth management firms, banks and FinTech organisations globally.

The Role - Head of Machine Learning

• Lead a small team of Data Scientists, with the role being predominantly technical alongside some people management.
• Drive the integration of ML and AI across the company's core SaaS products.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure AI solutions are developed and implemented effectively.
• Take ownership of the company's growing AI/ML strategy and help shape how these technologies are used across the business.
• Newly created position offering significant scope to grow and progress as the AI/ML function develops.

Tech Requirements

• Strong background in Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, Data Engineering and SaaS environments.
• Experience leading technical teams, including some people management responsibility.
• Strong experience working with NLP, LLMs and other modern AI/ML solutions.
• Strong technical background across Data, Development and Cloud, ideally with Python and Azure.
• Previous experience taking ML/AI solutions from development through to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Must have recent experience within FinTech or Financial Services, ideally working with technology businesses, wealth management or banking clients.
