Job summary

The Pensions Regulator is seeking a Lead M365 Specialist in Brighton. You will act as a Microsoft 365 expert, focusing on SharePoint and the broader M365 ecosystem, including Purview governance, and support Copilot readiness and adoption.

You will develop roadmaps, govern cloud solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement new applications while ensuring robust documentation and governance across the M365 platform.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Purview and other MS product-based solutions.
• Thorough understanding of MS 365 core technologies, especially SharePoint administration.
• Designing and updating MS 365 solutions and roadmaps with clear user documentation.
• Increase user adoption and support CAB in delivering implementations.
• Certification in Microsoft 365 with experience delivering MS 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a specialist on Microsoft 365, SharePoint and the modern collaboration suite.
• Configure and govern Microsoft Purview and related MS products.
• Provide MS 365 technical support for Copilot readiness, testing and adoption.
• Develop and implement changes to the systems described.
• Collaborate with teams to build roadmaps and ensure requirements are met.
• Perform admin tasks: monitoring storage, governance and lifecycle management.
• Work with other teams on system integrations, data migration and automated testing.
