Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable M365-based solutions across SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will own end-to-end delivery, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive governance, security, and DevOps practices.

You will mentor junior developers, work with distributed teams, and contribute to strategy for standardisation and efficiency across the Microsoft 365 platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs and Microsoft Graph API.
• Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS and C#.
• Experience with Agile delivery and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities, shaping effective M365-based solutions.
• Lead the design and development of scalable solutions across the M365 stack, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Own end-to-end solution delivery, including architecture, design, build, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
• Drive best practices in solution design, governance, security, and lifecycle management across the M365 platform.
• Act as a technical lead for M365 initiatives, including oversight of SIT, UAT, and go-live activities to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Maintain and optimise existing solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of the M365 / Power Platform strategy, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and standardisation.
• Support the adoption of modern development practices (e.g., CI/CD, DevOps, reusable components) within the platform.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers and support collaboration across a distributed team.
