Job summary

INEOS Inovyn in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior M365 Developer to lead design, development and evolution of Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. You will own end-to-end delivery, ensuring secure, scalable and maintainable platforms aligned with strategy.

You will guide modernization, support CI/CD practices, and mentor junior developers while collaborating with distributed teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and developing solutions within Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectures.
• Experience integrating systems using APIs, including Microsoft Graph API and external services.
• Proficiency in modern development languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and C#.
• Experience with development and integration tools: Visual Studio, VS Code, Graph Explorer, Postman.
• Good working knowledge of Azure services (Entra ID, App Services, Function Apps).
• Understanding of governance, security, and compliance within M365 ecosystem.
• Experience working in distributed teams using Agile methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to operate across technical and business audiences.
• Professionalism, ownership, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and opportunities.
• Lead design and development of scalable M365 solutions across SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Own end-to-end solution delivery: architecture, build, testing, deployment, user adoption.
• Drive best practices in governance, security, and lifecycle management across M365.
• Act as technical lead for M365 initiatives, including SIT, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Maintain and optimise existing solutions for performance and reliability.
• Contribute to M365/Power Platform strategy, driving efficiency and standardisation.
• Support adoption of modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, reusable components).
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers and collaborate across distributed teams.
