Job summary

WeDo, a leading technology consultancy, is seeking an experienced M365 Technical Architect to join the team. This senior, client-facing role focuses on designing secure, AI-enabled Microsoft 365 environments and guiding complex enterprise transformations.

You will own end-to-end architecture across SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID and Power Platform, including Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, with a strong emphasis on security, governance and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing Microsoft 365 workplace solutions at enterprise scale.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive and Entra ID.
• Hands-on architecture across Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience with Copilot and AI-enabled workplace solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture across M365 and AI workplace engagements.
• Lead architecture workshops and technical discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Provide technical assurance around security, scalability, performance and cost.
• Support pre-sales activity and solution shaping.
• Mentor engineers and consultants; establish architecture standards.
