Job summary
BearingPoint is seeking an experienced AI Workplace Solution Architect (M365 and AI) to own the end-to-end design of secure, AI-enabled Microsoft 365 environments for our clients. This senior client‑facing role focuses on solution architecture, Microsoft 365 Copilot and agent platforms, data and security architecture, and technical assurance across multi‑workload transformation projects.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in Microsoft 365 and collaboration platform delivery, including architecture roles.
- Proven track record architecting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview, Defender and security controls.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for Microsoft 365 and AI workplace projects.
- Design Copilot solutions and AI governance frameworks.
- Lead design authority across delivery teams and mentor engineers.
- Engage clients through architecture workshops and executive briefings.
