Job summary

Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd seeks an experienced M&E Sub Agent to support multiple infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical delivery, subcontractor coordination and ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence on site.

Ideal candidates have strong site leadership, experience in aviation or major infrastructure, and relevant SMSTS or engineering qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as M&E Sub Agent or related site leadership role on infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage subcontractors, site engineers and M&E teams.
• Understanding of H&S, QA and programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of M&E packages across multiple projects.
• Manage subcontractors, site engineers and M&E teams.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and civil activities.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to quality standards.
• Review RAMS, ITPs and construction documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspections and handover.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients and site teams.
