Job summary

Danny Sullivan & Sons Ltd seeks an experienced M&E Sub Agent to support multiple infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical delivery, subcontractor coordination and ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence on site.

Ideal candidates have strong site leadership, experience in aviation or major infrastructure, and relevant SMSTS or engineering qualifications.

Qualifications

• Understanding of H&S, QA and programme delivery.

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of M&E packages across multiple projects.

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to quality standards.
• Review RAMS, ITPs and construction documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspections and handover.
• Liaise with Project Managers, clients and site teams.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Sub Agent to work on multiple infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport, supporting works delivered under an established Heathrow Airport.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical construction delivery, ideally within aviation, major infrastructure or complex construction environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day delivery of M&E packages across multiple projects.

• Manage subcontractors, site engineers and specialist M&E teams.

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and civil engineering activities.

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

• Review RAMS, ITPs, technical drawings and construction documentation.

• Support testing, commissioning, inspections and handover.

• Liaise with Project Managers, clients and site teams.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an M&E Sub Agent, Site Agent, M&E Site Manager or Project Engineer.

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical infrastructure delivery experience.

• Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities.

• Good understanding of construction H&S, quality assurance and programme delivery.

• Experience working on airports, rail, utilities, energy or major infrastructure projects would be advantageous.

• SMSTS and relevant engineering qualifications desirable.
