• Previous experience as an M&E Site Manager on large residential, mixed-use or commercial developments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical packages and on-site coordination.
• Experience working for a main contractor or developer and managing subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Managing all M&E subcontractors on site.
• Coordinating mechanical and electrical installations with the wider construction programme.
• Monitoring quality, progress and compliance across all M&E works.
• Working alongside the Project Manager and design team to resolve technical issues.
• Overseeing testing, commissioning and final handover.
• Ensuring all works are delivered in line with health and safety requirements.
