Qualifications

• Experience in managing a shift in a technical or engineering role.
• Sound working knowledge of HVAC plant.
• Understanding of H&S policies and procedures with IOSH/NEBOSH preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the provision of M&E building services.
• Provide first-line technical support.
• Manage subcontractor inductions and ensure compliance.
