Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Engineering Shift Manager stationed in Westminster, London. You will lead a team of engineers on a 4 on 4 off pattern and oversee critical electrical, mechanical, BMS and HV systems to ensure safe, reliable operations.

The role blends hands-on technical knowledge with leadership, compliance, and day-to-day operations management, including permits, RAMS, KPIs and SLAs, with a view to robust site performance and progression.

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineer or Engineering Supervisor experience in a maintenance environment.
• Experience supervising or managing engineers.
• Strong experience with PPM delivery, KPIs and SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of engineers on a 4 on 4 off shift.
• Oversee permits, RAMS approvals, and safe systems of work.
• Support ongoing training and development opportunities.
