Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to lead commercial delivery on a major healthcare development. You will manage CVRs, cashflow, and subcontractor accounts while ensuring cost control and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will bring significant M&E QS experience, NEC/JCT familiarity, and strong stakeholder management in a healthcare environment, with opportunities for broader pipeline exposure within the North business.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in a relevant discipline.
• Significant experience as a QS within M&E / building services.
• Strong knowledge of monthly reporting and commercial processes.
• Excellent time management to meet tight deadlines.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial delivery of MEP works on a major healthcare project.
• Carry out measurement and valuation of works, variations and final accounts.
• Prepare and maintain CVRs, cost reporting and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow and maximise commercial performance.
• Procure and manage subcontractor and supplier accounts.
• Ensure contractual compliance and internal governance.
• Build relationships with clients, supply chain and internal teams.
• Support and mentor junior members of the commercial team.
