Job summary

TLG Infrastructure Limited is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery on major building services projects in Central London. You will manage cost reporting, CVRs, variations and final accounts across substantial M&E packages.

The role requires strong experience in M&E contracting, subcontract procurement, and stakeholder management, with a focus on commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• We require a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor with strong M&E contracting experience.
• Experience managing substantial mechanical and electrical packages.
• Background in life sciences, data centres or commercial fit-outs is desirable.
• Excellent understanding of variations, valuations and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for substantial M&E packages.
• Manage subcontract procurement, tender analysis and contract negotiations.
• Prepare and manage CVRs, forecasts and cost reports.
• Drive final accounts and commercial risk management.
• Provide guidance to junior QS and coordinate with PM and Commercial teams.
