Flagship Consulting in London is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to lead cost management and contractual oversight on major M&E projects. The role focuses on delivering high-value M&E solutions across commercial, residential and data centre sectors.

You will manage budgets, procure M&E contractors, and administer NEC/JCT contracts while coordinating with clients and design teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (MRICS or equivalent preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying, with a proven track record on M&E projects.
• In-depth knowledge of M&E systems and construction practices, especially on complex buildings.
• Strong experience in cost management, contract administration, and procurement for M&E works.
• Proficiency with CostX, Excel, MS Project, etc.

Aufgaben

• Provide cost estimates, cost plans and budgets for M&E elements.
• Monitor costs and cash flow to keep on budget.
• Assist procurement for M&E contractors and subcontractors.
• Manage contract administration, payments, variations and claims.
• Coordinate M&E activities with engineers, architects and consultants.
• Identify and manage risks related to M&E costs and contracts.
• Prepare reports and progress updates for stakeholders.
