Job summary

TSSI Ltd is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on a growing M&E design and build contracting portfolio. You will manage full commercial aspects of mechanical and electrical packages from pre-contract through to final accounts.

You will collaborate with project managers, designers and supply chain partners to protect margins while maintaining strong client relationships, and you will lead and mentor junior QS staff.

Qualifications

• Extensive QS experience in mechanical and electrical contracting.
• Track record of managing M&E packages from tender to final account.
• Strong knowledge of JCT/NEC forms and procurement.
• Experience with BIM and digital measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender estimates, cost plans and CVRs for M&E packages.
• Review contracts, negotiate terms and manage risk with main contractors.
• Prepare forecasts, cash flow and interim valuations.
• Price and submit variations and final accounts.
• Lead and mentor assistant quantity surveyors.
• Maintain supplier relationships and procurement schedules.
