You will lead the commercial strategy for your project across the full lifecycle, maximise value, and manage cost and contractual risk with a talented team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Senior Quantity Surveyor on mechanical and electrical projects.
• Strong ability to develop and implement commercial strategies across the project lifecycle.
• Proven track record in cost control, value recovery and contractual risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies across pre- and post-contract phases.
• Manage valuations, variations, change control and cash flow.
• Oversee subcontractor engagement, procurement, and final accounts.
• Produce timely commercial reports and risk registers.
