Qualifikationen

• Strong experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor, ideally at Senior level.
• Background working for an M&E contractor or building services specialist.
• Excellent understanding of NEC and JCT contract forms.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead cost planning, forecasting, and financial control across multiple M&E packages.
• Manage NEC/JCT contracts, variations, change control, and claims.
• Oversee procurement, negotiate subcontract packages, and manage supply chain performance.
• Produce accurate CVRs, valuations, and monthly commercial reports.
• Identify commercial risks and opportunities to protect and enhance project margins.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to support successful project delivery.
