Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for a major Leicestershire project. The role combines pre-construction and delivery, directing commercial performance of the £50m M&E package.

You will oversee procurement, subcontract accounts, valuations and payments while collaborating with project, design and wider commercial teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive M&E QS experience with main contractor exposure, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills,

Qualifications

• Experience in M&E quantity surveying on major packages.
• Strong procurement and subcontract management experience.
• Proven ability to manage cost reporting and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of the £50m M&E package.
• Support pre-construction and delivery phases.
• Manage procurement, subcontract accounts, valuations and payments.
• Handle variations, change control and commercial risk.
• Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with M&E project managers and wider commercial team.
• Negotiate with M&E subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support contract administration and final accounts.
