Qualifications

• Substantial experience as a Quantity Surveyor with M&E specialism.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full M&E commercial function on major data centre projects.
• Procure and administer specialist M&E subcontracts.
• Prepare and present detailed M&E cost reports.
