Job summary

GagaMuller is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a 210MW hyperscale data centre campus in London. You will lead commercial management across MEP packages, working with clients, contractors, and design teams to protect value and drive cost efficiency.

You will provide commercial leadership, manage change, and deliver accurate cost reporting, with exposure to a high-profile, mission-critical development and a clear path for career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP cost management on large data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of cost control, procurement, and variation management.
• Experience with client and contractor stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of MEP work packages from procurement through final account settlement.
• Prepare and review cost plans, estimates, forecasts, and commercial reports.
• Monitor project costs against budgets and identify risks and opportunities.
• Review valuations, payments, and contractor submissions.
• Support procurement activities including tender documentation and evaluations.
• Collaborate with Client, PMs, Contractors, Designers, BIM, and Commissioning teams.
