Job summary

Multiplex is seeking a Building Services Package Manager to design reviews, tender information, and manage M&E on major projects. You will support commercial with value engineering, ensure CDM compliance, and lead the M&E team on site through handover.

Applicants should have building services or mechanical/electrical engineering background, with on-site delivery experience on large projects. The role offers a path to leadership and a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a similar role within construction.
• Degree in building services or mechanical/electrical engineering is preferred.
• Understanding building services, design principles, construction techniques, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

• Produce design reviews and information for tenders and construction.
• Lead M&E team or major trade package on site.
• Prepare scope of works for M&E subcontractor tendering.
• Maintain liaison with on-site construction teams for delivery and monitoring.
• Assist with commissioning strategy and close liaison with commissioning managers.
• Prepare O&M manuals and technical documentation for end users.
