Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group in London is seeking an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Estimator to join our prestigious MEP contracting team. You will prepare detailed estimates for major, technically complex projects and work closely with pre-construction, commercial and design teams to deliver competitive bids.

This London-based role offers a clear progression path toward Estimating Manager, with a strong order book through to 2029 and a track record of large-scale UK and Europe projects.

Qualifications

• Proven estimating experience in mechanical or electrical building services.
• Experience pricing major and technically complex projects.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ambition to progress into management.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and commercially competitive mechanical or electrical estimates.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes and tender documentation.
• Produce accurate pricing and tender submissions.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Work closely with pre-construction, commercial, design and project teams.
• Identify commercial risks, opportunities and value-engineering solutions.
• Manage multiple tenders through to submission.
• Contribute to estimating processes and best practice.
