Kenton Black is seeking an experienced M&E Estimator for a London-based role with hybrid working (2 days a week in the office). The position focuses on strategic cost advice for hyperscale data centre developments across the UK and international markets, covering mechanical, electrical, and related infrastructure systems.

Qualifications

• Prepare and develop estimates and cost plans for mission-critical data centre projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and develop estimates and cost plans for mission-critical data centre projects, covering mechanical, electrical, public health and associated systems.
• Produce estimates throughout the project lifecycle from feasibility to construction delivery.
• Undertake independent estimate reviews and challenge activities to validate costs and methodologies.
• Develop and maintain cost models for HV/LV electrical distribution, UPS, generators and cooling infrastructure.
• Support clients in business case development and investment decisions.
• Support setup and governance of estimating functions for major data centre programmes.
