The ideal candidate will have a strong consultancy background and proven track record in MEP cost management. Responsibilities include cost estimations, procurement, and client interactions throughout the project lifecycle. Strong client facing skills are essential for this hybrid role.

Formación

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
• Proven consultancy background.
• Strong MEP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of cost estimates, RFPs, and procurement.
• Conducting feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.
• Managing tendering and procurement activities.
• Producing monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Participating in cost variances and change control processes.
