• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of cost estimates, RFPs, and procurement.
• Conducting feasibility studies and writing procurement reports.
• Managing tendering and procurement activities.
• Producing monthly post-contract cost reports.
• Participating in cost variances and change control processes.
