Job summary

Kenton Black is seeking an experienced MEP Cost Manager in Central London with hybrid working arrangements. You will deliver cost plans, budgets and commercial guidance on complex data centre and critical infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe, including international travel.

The role requires consultancy experience in cost management, procurement leadership and strong reporting skills to support project delivery and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) projects.
• Proven track record in cost planning, commercial management and procurement.
• Ability to create and manage cost reports, forecasts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage MEP cost plans and budgets across the project lifecycle.
• Provide commercial and cost management advice to clients.
• Lead MEP procurement activities, including tendering and contractor selection.
