Hexagon Group is seeking a Senior M&E Consultant to join its Building Consultancy team in London. You will undertake M&E condition surveys, prepare technical reports and lifecycle assessments, and deliver projects from survey through to completion.

You will provide technical advice to clients, develop specifications for M&E upgrades, review contractor proposals and support junior staff, contributing to high technical standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in building services surveys and delivering M&E projects.
• Ability to prepare technical reports, lifecycle assessments and cost recommendations.
• Strong communication with clients and stakeholders to advise on operational building services.

Responsabilités

• Undertake M&E condition surveys and technical due diligence inspections.
• Prepare reports, maintenance programmes and lifecycle assessments.
• Develop specifications and tender docs for M&E improvements.
• Provide technical advice to clients and property managers.
• Review contractor proposals and documentation.
• Support junior colleagues and maintain technical standards.
