Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an M&E Building Surveyor (Commercial/High End) in Croydon/London. The role offers progression into senior positions within an established M&E building services company and includes a generous benefits package and site-based duties across major commercial sites.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, assisting engineers, and coordinating 2 days in the office with 3 days on site, ensuring high quality and timely completion of surveys and repairs.

Qualifications

• Surveying experience on existing buildings and plant rooms.
• Central plant replacement experience.
• Qualified in Mechanical/Building Service Design.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties to identify repairs needed.
• Assist engineers to resolve issues on site.
• Visit sites in London for site visits and surveys.
• Ensure quality and time standards are met.
• 2 days in office and 3 days on site.
