Qualifications

• Surveying experience on existing buildings and plant rooms.
• Central plant replacement experience.
• Qualified in Mechanical/Building Service Design.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting properties to see what repairs are needed.
• Helping fix unexpected problems by helping engineers find the solutions.
• Visiting sites in London.
• Ensuring quality and time standards.
• 2 Days in office and 3 days on site.
