Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an M&E Building Surveyor (Commercial/High End) in Croydon/London. The role offers progression into senior positions within an established M&E building services company and includes a generous benefits package and site-based duties across major commercial sites.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, assisting engineers, and coordinating 2 days in the office with 3 days on site, ensuring high quality and timely completion of surveys and repairs.

• Qualified in Mechanical/Building Service Design.
