Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment are seeking a Building Surveyor (Progression to Senior) in Croydon to join an M&E building services company working on major commercial sites across London. The role offers long term career progression to senior levels and a salary of £75,000 to £85,000 with a bi-yearly bonus and generous holiday scheme.

You will inspect properties, assist engineers, visit sites in London and help ensure projects meet quality and time standards. Two days in office and three on site.

Qualifications

• Surveying experience on existing buildings and plant rooms.
• Central plant replacement experience.
• Qualified in Mechanical/Building Service Design.
