• Extensive experience in luxury watches within premium retail.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss watch brands and collections.
• Proven track record of high-value client service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, highly personalised service to an established and discerning client base.
• Use knowledge and passion for luxury watches to advise clients across a broad range of prestigious timepieces.
• Build and develop long-term relationships with collectors, VIP clients and new customers.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, movements, complications, heritage and craftsmanship.
• Drive sales through a consultative, relationship-led approach rather than transactional selling.
• Proactively develop your own client book and identify opportunities to grow existing relationships.
• Support the wider team with specialist knowledge and contribute to maintaining exceptionally high retail standards.
• Represent the business with professionalism, discretion and confidence at all times.
