Job summary

ERDEM Sloane Street seeks a Senior Sales Associate / Senior Stylist to deliver an elevated luxury shopping experience. You will focus on personalised service, growing the client book, and advising on ready-to-wear collections to uphold the brand’s prestigious standards.

With 2–3 years in luxury RTW, you will contribute to client loyalty, participate in events, and ensure flawless store presentation. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, preferably in ready-to-wear fashion.
• Knightsbridge market experience with an existing client book preferred.
• Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.
• Highly target driven to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to understand preferences and needs for a highly personalized shopping experience.
• Maintain and update client books with detailed profiles, purchase history, and notes.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Inform clients about new collections, exclusive events and offers through personalized outreach.
• Keep the sales floor and displays impeccably presented to reflect the luxury brand image.
• Support in-store events, client viewings, and seamless collaboration with the team.
