Job summary

ATA Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Senior Project Manager to own a major distribution and logistics transformation programme.

The role sits in a fast-paced Distribution Centre environment, turning strategy into a practical delivery plan while coordinating operations, logistics, engineering, systems and external partners.

You will drive milestones, manage budgets and RAID logs, and ensure the future operating model is embedded across the site.

Qualifications

• Delivery of complex operational or transformation projects within a DC, warehouse or logistics environment.
• Develop detailed project milestones and readiness criteria with contingency plans.
• Coordinate multiple interdependent workstreams and manage RAID logs.
• Lead implementation of a future operating model for the DC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the detailed operational plan for existing projects in a Distribution Centre.
• Coordinate the safe and controlled transition of operational activity.
• Build and maintain an integrated project delivery plan across multiple workstreams.
• Manage project costs, budgets and benefits; report to governance.
