Qualifications

• Significant experience leading complex programmes in logistics or transformation.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and manage multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience across warehousing, transport, automation, and IT-enabled change.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business benefits.
• Strong change-management and benefits-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale logistics and supply chain transformation programmes from planning to delivery.
• Govern timelines, budgets, resources and risks to meet objectives.
• Engage senior stakeholders across operations, commercial and IT.
• Track programme benefits and ensure outcomes align with business cases.
• Guide cross-functional project teams and coach project managers.
• Drive change management to support adoption and long-term improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks with clear progress updates to leadership.
