Energy Jobline ZR in Northampton is seeking a Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage logistics, fulfilment, and client operations, acting as the first point of escalation and delivering exceptional service across multiple accounts.

You will monitor service delivery, provide weekly KPIs, support onboarding and training, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, fulfilment, client operations or other client-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using bespoke systems, CRM and ticketing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements.

Responsibilities
