Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking a Senior Performance Test Engineer to ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability targets under peak workloads. The role requires extensive LoadRunner/Performance Centre experience and strong performance testing knowledge across cloud and legacy environments.

You will collaborate with business, architecture, development and infrastructure teams to mitigate risks early in delivery and will prepare test plans, scripts, and summary reports while

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in non-functional testing with workload modeling, scripting, execution and analysis.
• Experience with Performance Centre/LoadRunner, and monitoring tools.
• Hands-on in cloud and legacy environments, and agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements, prepare test plans and data for performance tests.
• Create/update performance test scripts and data, execute tests and analyze results.
• Identify bottlenecks and communicate risks to project teams.
• Prepare performance test summaries and mitigations, produce status reports.
• Maintain knowledge repositories and deliver end-to-end performance testing.
