Genting Casinos UK Ltd. in Greater London is seeking a Gaming Manager to drive gaming contribution targets by optimising service delivery on the live floor. You will lead a team, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver a high-standard Genting Experience to customers.

The role requires visible leadership, effective rota planning, and proactive risk management to maximise turnover while maintaining integrity and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in gaming or casino operations.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (Gambling Act 2005, LCCP).
• Ability to manage 24/7 operations and shift patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with a visible presence on the gaming floor.
• Ensure compliance with Gambling Act 2005 and LCCP and company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per The Genting Experience.
• Manage duty manager responsibilities and on-shift gaming performance.
• Maximise turnover and margin on live table gaming through resource planning.
• Communicate across departments and handle complaints effectively.
• Assist in recruitment and staff development using performance management techniques.
• Oversee health & safety, security and emergency systems.
• Oversee new product implementation and maintain integrity in gaming operations.
• Carry out other duties as required.
