Job summary
Genting Casinos UK Limited Stratford-upon-Avon seeks an Experienced Gaming Manager to lead Live Table Gaming, optimise service delivery and achieve gaming contribution targets. You will oversee duty management, coach staff, ensure compliance and deliver an engaging customer experience on a 24/7 gaming floor.
You will mentor and manage performance, monitor table results and collaborate with departments to sustain safety and profitability across the venue.
Qualifications
- Leads the Live Table Gaming team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensures compliance with Gambling Act 2005, Gambling Commission guidelines and LCCP.
- Manages on-shift duty manager responsibilities and staff scheduling.
- Drives turnover and margin on live table gaming through resource optimisation.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example with a strong on-floor presence during shifts.
- Develop, motivate and empower Live Table Gaming team members.
- Ensure health and safety, security, and incident responsiveness.
- Recruit, train and performance-manage staff to exceed targets.
- Oversee customer service standards in line with Genting Experience.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations.
