Job summary

Genting Casinos is seeking a Gaming Manager to drive Gaming contribution targets by optimising service delivery. The role requires visible leadership, active floor presence and people management to deliver an engaging customer experience across live table gaming.

You will ensure compliance with Gambling Act 2005, licensing, and company policies while leading a 24/7 operation with flexibility across shifts. Excellent service and performance delivery are essential.

Qualifications

Experience in managing casino teams and customer-facing operations.
Knowledge of Gambling Act 2005, LCCP guidelines and related legislation.
Ability to lead on shift and optimise table performance while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead by example on the main gaming floor and supervise live table gaming.
Maximise turnover and table performance while optimising staff rota and utilisation.
Maintain communication across departments and resolve disputes with empathy.
Assist recruitment, training and motivation of staff to reach potential.
Ensure health, safety, security and emergency procedures are followed.
