Qualifications

• 5 years minimum experience in live events, professional audio, AV hire or technical production.
• Proven client/account or project management experience within the sector.
• Strong commercial awareness, including quotations, costs and margins.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to translate client requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and act as senior point of contact to develop long-term partnerships.
• Translate client requirements into practical audio solutions and prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Oversee projects from enquiry through to delivery, coordinating with production teams, venues and suppliers.
